Your Zhu Zhu Pets hamsters work best on smooth, hard, even surfaces. Toy pet hamsters will not work on carpet or other soft surfaces. Do not use in sand, grass, or wet conditions.
Note that the Zhu Zhu Pets toys tunnel connectors and wheel support are intended to snap into place. Be careful when disassembling not to tear off the snaps.
The Zhu Zhu hamster wheel has a special code built into a tunnel that works with your pet. The code triggers special sounds.
